I wanted a set of irons with stiff steel shafts and new grips, so these Adams Tight Lies fit the bill. The 3-PW coverage is complete, and the new grips feel tacky and secure. The stiff flex is great for my faster swing speed, and the Tight Lies sole helps me get clean contact. However, these are older clubs, so the technology is not as advanced as modern irons. Also, the steel shafts can be harsh on mishits. For the price, they're a solid, no-frills set for mid handicappers.
